AUDx Reserve Simulator

Property-backed stablecoin - 80% property collateral / 20% cash - issuance only via property settlement
Horizon: 15 years, monthly steps
STEP 1
Capitalise
Protocol raises AUD cash. Cash reserve sets the issuance ceiling: mint only while cash ÷ supply stays above a 25% buffer (20% regulatory floor).
STEP 2
Mint on purchase
Buyer takes an AUDx loan equal to the property price. AUDx is minted; property becomes collateral.
STEP 3
Settle in AUDx
Seller receives AUDx. They hold it for yield or redeem it 1:1 for AUD from the cash reserve.
STEP 4
Interest in, yield out
Borrowers pay interest in AUD (grows reserve). Wallets earn yield paid in AUDx.
STEP 5
Exit & recycle
Exits either recycle on-platform (old principal burned, new loan mints) or sell off-platform - the borrower repays in AUD, refilling the reserve.

Parameters

AUD raised before the first loan
Paid monthly to lending-capital investors from cashflow. 0% = capital treated as own equity
Paid by buyer in AUD; AUDx minted only for the balance. Creates an equity cushion against defaults
Buyer's market: demand above capacity queues up
Paid monthly in AUD - protocol revenue
Paid monthly in newly minted AUDx
% of circulating AUDx converted to AUD each month
Staggered per buyer from 1 yr up to ~2× the average - earlier exits replenish cash sooner
% of exits sold to external AUD buyers - the borrower repays the loan in AUD, refilling the reserve. The rest recycle as new AUDx loans
Annual, compounding - demand-heavy market
